Refund Policy

1. Overview
CreatorCheckup provides transparent influencer vetting tools. We stand behind the product and want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Pro & Agency subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; your plan remains active until the end of the current period and does not renew afterward.
3. Lifetime plan
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the account has performed fewer than 20 creator vets. After 14 days or 20 vets — whichever comes first — Lifetime purchases are final.
4. Single Vet credits
Single Vet one-time purchases are non-refundable once the credit has been consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Email creatorcheckup@gmail.com from the address on your account with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
